Eco friendly dwelling project on a 680 sqm plot. Just to the South of Silves and between 2 new golf courses (Amendoeira and Oceânico), this villa uses solar and wind power and recycles rain water for toilet flushing systems. Several natural materials integrate the house materials such as coconut fibre and cork insulations.
The House is displayed on three levels: 4 parking spaces on basement, large lounge and open kitchen on ground level and tree bedrooms on the first floor level. On outer area one finds a swimming pool and a storage BBQ house. Plot presently for sale.
