Second refurbishing for Maureen and Derek, a new built using the former design of old outer demolished walls. The outer aspects focus on a strong chimney as facade, a strong hanging corner and the light and vent solution for an elevation where no windows are allowed [the 'Frestas' solution on neighbourly borders]. Inside detail dwells, the wood control on lounge and kitchen, the stone design on bathroom along with ceiling and special wood fixings. The wanted weekend retreat on small Algarve inland plot.
